Allied is good for an online learning environment! 

We are making sure we preserve the nature and our construction doesn't impact the natural environment.

It is much easier to talk to brokers and potential partners/investors.It is a pretty difficult environment to find good deals for any size asset, but they're still out there.

Plus  there's something satisfying about knowing I'm continuing to invest every two weeks in any environment, down markets and up markets.

Your in a target rich environment.    

We have very hard water & ice makers don't last long in that environment, and they cost more than a used fridge does to repair.

But with real estate syndications, you have the chance to change the lives of hundreds of families and whole communities with just one deal.Each syndication creates a cleaner, safer, and nicer place for people to live and impacts the community and the environment positively.

This will undoubtedly cost more and its just one more person to deal with in a shared bathroom environment.

While I realize the current environment and COVID-19 will impact the answer to this question, I've been looking at properties in the Russian River Valley for potential STR opportunities.

However, majority blame on STR investors for difficult economic real estate environments is what i don't get.
