Just need to learn how to navigate through.Bottom line: There are A-class landlords for A-class properties and there are D-class landlords for D-class properties (Mine are more like B,C).

@richard d but in the case like with me who I actually  have the funds from my company  not just a letter typed up why would you suggest I know use them?
