Originally relocated to work in Oil & Gas but within a few years shifted gears to focus on a more "concrete" way of building wealth and a legacy for my (unborn) children.  

The tenants were walking on a plank sidewalk to avoid stepping in feces AND they had two young children living down there.

They will not accept things such as flushable wipes, personal wipes, baby wipes, paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, wads of toilet paper, dental floss, balls of hair, paper towels, newspapers, grease, oil, table scraps, bones, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or children’s toys.

If you have ever been in a day care, it is shocking how dirty and destructive an army of children can be.

., with or without many school-age children?

We have been blessed that my wife has been able to stay home with our young children, but in a few years they will all be in school. 

Usually guests, children, and others who are not responsible for cleaning the bathroom or paying for mold abatement and repairs don't think about the fan.

Is it possible to pass those payments on to her 57 and 61 yr old children to maybe avoid some inheritance taxes?

I have a tenant (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog and 1 car).

Well, now this landlord wants to kick her and our two children out, so she can rent to someone she knows.
