There are several meet ups in the Columbus area and myself along with a few other investors are starting one here in Lancaster.

LOL  now they were keen on real estate no doubt and my talk was on everything BUT rentals as Rentals are talked about ad nauseum so I make a presentation on alternative investing in the real estate space which given my career I have done a lot of .. so it was fun.. and not a pitch fest I got no business from it I just enjoyed doing it meeting those sharp young folks and thinking man is this a great company to work for.. 

I am now learning about multi-family investment properties in Baltimore through podcast and REIA meetings. 

If the property currently meets your Cash Flow criteria and has a good tenant it might be best to keep the status quo.

My wife and I are relocating, have found a lovely home for ourselves, just received the home inspection...Aside from some minor to moderate issues...Polybutylene piping is in the home...House is approx 2,200 sq. feet...Assuming we can come to a meeting of the mind with other issues, what do you feel cost to remediate this plumbing?
