I must admit, I am not as familiar with the nuances of those types of loans, and the one or two people I talked to said they didn't have a loan product like that, so I moved on from the idea pretty quickly.

I typically see a turn around play that costs around 15-20k per unit in this market, and with that money we can get a nice product that has pretty much everything done on it from the windows, roof, electrical some plumbing all the way to the kitchens and baths.
