I wanted to know if there was any open data website for Montgomery county in Pa.

I'm new on this site!

and no one advertises they do 500 mil dollar loans.. so you now know that all of those guys are frauds .. and that there is no 5% money.if you want to find out current rates for Private/HMLI like to recommend Lendinghomes website it has a easily readable pricing matrix.. and of course they are real. while you may find some cheaper money.. from say Conventus .. you also need a lot of skin in the game and you need experience.. 

I'd configure it as a 1 bedroom with an open floor plan to allow for a spacious-feeling office area.My wife and I are considering buying into a situation like that in upstate New York or Connecticut- we like the idea of an accessory dwelling unit where we could go to conduct business(she's in interior design, I'm in real estate primarily.)

There are sites out there that will perform screening reports at no cost to the landlord. 

The county websites tend to be really bad at this, but that varies a lot by county, and there are 3,142 of them, with no great list of which are good and which aren't - so just go look.

You can probably find this on bigger pockets podcasts and just by looking around the site.

In their website they want all my info (and of course my consent to send me all kind of things) before even giving out their contact info.
