Building a database of small apartments: Where to Find the Data?
Hey everyone,
I'm about to send out my first direct mail campaign for small apartments around the Atlanta area (targeting 5-16 units). Anyone know where to get a good list or start creating a database? Listsource, County Assessor's office, etc?
Thanks for the input!
