The property is in a good area with universities surrounding it.  

And for those from Phila, "Temple" is not the university in the city, but a town near Reading. 

I also have a minor in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and a strong background of analyzing Real Estate investments.

This is a very profitable business because bank lending is virtually non existent and decent affordable housing is hard to come by.

Other than digging through real educational sites such as on line university programs or RE schools or government sites, I don't know of any alternatives. :)  

My main interest at this time is Wholesaling in my own market and eventually being able to virtual wholesale in some other markets I have in mind.
