New member from Burton Michigan!

Hello everyone,My name is Scott Hinkle and Im relatively new to REI and BP.

I do have a couple of small wholesale deals closed under my belt but still consider myself a newbie that is very eager to learn all I can to be a successful investor. I just had started getting things going in a positive direction in my business a couple years ago and abruptly had to step away for personal family challenges that had to be addressed.

Im back now and even more eager to learn all I can and hopefully return that favor to someone eventually. I reside in Burton MI which is just outside of Flint. My main interest at this time is Wholesaling in my own market and eventually being able to virtual wholesale in some other markets I have in mind. I dont think your going to find anyone here that is as determined to succeed in REI as I am. Personally speaking of course.lol..

Im 44 yrs old and feel like Im in the second chapter of my life and Ive made up my mind to pursue my dream for the rest of my time here and that dream is REI..Thanks for allowing me to be a part of such a great community of individuals..I look forward to growing here and making a lot of new friends along the way....
