One is for the sale with maybe monies that are non-refundable to hold the house the other is a rental agreement which you can terminate.You can have a stipulation in your rental agreement that if you sell the house, you will compensate them for a early termination of the lease, but once you sign the lease2own be careful if you sell the house and they are still current and did not violate the lease2own contract.

The tenant soon fell behind on the rent, but the landlord waited a long time before filing for eviction because 1) she was still collecting partial rent via S-8,  2) the tenant had initiated a series of S-8 violations and inspections, and 3) the landlord erroneously assumed the tenant would not risk being cut from the S-8 program and would "soon" catch up on her missed rent.But, that doesn't turn me off the program in general.

Lease Violations- she has taken off the smoke alarms- i have pics of cigg buds in the house and ash trays (took these pics when she let me in)- not paid rent- another person from her unit is receiving mail but he is not on the lease- has windows covered which on my lease is stated cannot block fully
