Upgrading the panels is relatively straightforward, but regarding the outlets themselves it's hard to know what kind of wiring is in the walls without opening them up.  

So i was willing to pay a little more than i wanted knowing it needed some upgrades cuz it did cash flow from day 1.

The 3-4 family would then become a rental that we would ultimately hold long term.The other 2 units we would clean up and do minimal work to initially and when the first round of tenants leave, renovate/upgrade the other units as they become vacant to hopefully increase the rents.I had been researching single family options prior to COVID and am starting my research on multifamily and hoping you guys can point me in the right direction to save some time on a couple of things.

I'm actually down here in Davenport upgrading a Disney AirBnB I own thanks to a partner agent I continue to collaborate with.  

Now upgrading to granite countertops.

Code upgrades may be required even though the damage was limited to o my certain rooms.  

We picked up a MF that needed a LOT of upgrading.

I don't know if it would go with the design of your building, but you can upgrade the paint on the stairs by painting the treads and risers in a contrasting color. 

Try to find something that's livable but outdated and you can add value to the home by doing simple upgrades one room at a time.

We plan on splitting the utilities, putting in an egress window and leveling the floor in the basement, make the basement bath functional, upgrading the main floor bath, replacing or refinishing flooring, painting throughout, removing some overgrown trees, doing touch up paint outside, and patch repairing some cement work.
