Hi Edward,Being a Section 8 landlord in Chicago is uniquely challenging, particularly in regards to the level of the improvements needed for the property to pass inspection. 

By listing too low you can end up leaving money on the table.

Biggest thing for us is when we get to the offering table I don't like the idea of "hey who's name will we put this in" I want us both to have equal stake/risk.
