Wholesaling with realtor
How to do a wholesale deal with a realtor involved? I have a good deal but a agent was already involved and I don’t know how to include him in the contract to get the deal done.

Most realtors will not work with wholesalers, because they understand where a wholesaler fits into a transaction. A wholesaler is just there to skim equity from owners in most transactions, and a realtor has to work in their clients best interest, i.e. selling on the open market over selling to a wholesaler.
