Hi BPI've been investing in medical office in Orlando for a few years now.

I'm originally from the DFW area and relocated to Houston about a year ago with my job in medical device sales.

For my day job I travel quite a bit and visit with acquisition officers of REITs. 

I am unable to do any work myself due to medical disability.  

Pad expenses, including the total burden for park taxes, insurance, utilities (city water and sewer paid by the tenants), property management, my travel (6 trips/year @ $500/trip), snow removal, mowing, small advertising, signage, and road maintenance budgets.  

I do have several renters with bad credit due to huge medical bills with a very sick child and job loss.

I travel full time and currently am in Las Vegas for the year.  

I'm an active duty Marine and not in the states right now, but would like to accomplish all I can towards a goal of purchasing and renting out my first property by Feb/Mar 2016.I live in Fallbrook, CA with a friend of mine who was medically retired and would like to find a four-plex/quad-plex in which I could live in and rent out the other units.

I would like to start in another state, I am a fireman and have enough free time that would allow me to travel.

Having multiple LLCs with different entity structures with your current investing goals made absolutely no sense and it seemed that you were looking to avoid paying taxes on some money made on a deal so you can focus on your medical bills.
