I've gathered a D4$ list now I'm trying to figure out how to get the names of the owners, any suggestions?

I suggest you look for a property with a better ROI or try to negotiate a better price with the seller. 

I contacted a local eviction attorney who suggested I should have filed an eviction immediately (3 days after the rents were past due was his suggestion), so I finally did.Much to my chagrin, the tenant laws in Oakland CA are very pro-tenant, and new tenant fought for 8 MONTHS! 

Any suggestions out there??

Any suggestions on what we can do to give the apartment a fresh clean smell?

I'm not suggesting you need to take my path, I certainly wouldn't take any of it back.

It's mostly laws and regulations so would highly suggest buying a book (I got the one from Gold Coast) and just attending whatever accredited school that falls in your budget.

Any suggestions?
