There are two ways I have found good contractors; referral from someone who used that contractor and that person is someone you trust and secondly I have found great success in going to my local hardware store and asking for a specific trade.  

Sewer $55 a quarter per unit, + store water fee which varies—-I add $15 a unit per quarter to be safe( that’s usually overkill) + about another $100 flat fee for the year for Wilkes Barre on top of that.3.

On top of that, they can store extra parts and equipment on-site.

They’re everywhere in Vegas including lockers in front of the grocery stores. 

Nothing extravagant but definitely lets you know the holiday is here.I havent had complaints about it NOT being decorated but I'm generally proactive in letting them know to bring their own tree.Crazy that Christmas decor is starting to show up in the stores this early, isn't it?

Thanks for that insight.I think that unless something changes my mind before I get to the store tomorrow, I'll probably just do 3/8 inch drywall over the top and call it good.

I dont know where you live but in buffalo new york unemployment was at an all time high and stores and businesses continue to shut down on a daily basis.
