Isn’t this only not sustainable if something big economically changes?

Forget the politics, focus on the economics.

As I have no specific affiliation to any town or region, I'm looking for strong macro-economic stats that make the area "interesting", such as income, population growth, vacancy rates etc... 

I'm not looking to be the next Grant Cardone, but even doing a few deals would greatly improve my economic situation.

Economic Update(Monday, June 14, 2021)For a period of time between 2018 and the beginning of 2020, the “Real House Price Index” (which calculates inflation in the Housing Sector) was falling, because Americans’ buying power was rising faster than home prices.

Thereby stimulating the local economy and increasing the local work force.

I'm far from an economic expert, but it seems like simple supply/demand. 

Maybe in six months we have some horrible disaster that throws us deep into economic chaos.

One is that everything is tied to the "economic goals of the community".

That vehicle is a version of "first impression", and there is no rationalization of economic priorities that would change my way of thinking.
