Any idea what strategy you are interested in or how close you are to being able to execute?

Hey @Julie Brangenberg - I have an AirBnB here in Chicago but never in specific college towns...I would tend to say that it's probably not the best location unless you have boots on the ground there.I could also see more damage being done in college towns, higher repairs maintenance, and shorter stays but that is honestly just a hypothesisIs there a specific reason you want to get into the STR space?

I can put some money down, but I want to stay under $50k at absolute most and prefer to put down as little as possible.

He understands HUD underwriting and stays on top of what programs are available by all the different lending options. 

I currently own three single-family rentals and just closed on my first multi-family property, a fourplex. 

If this potential buyer were unscrupulous, they could easily contact the seller afterward so why do they need to be watched closely during the walk-through?
