If I was in your shoes and interested in learning how to build homes so you can build them for profit in the future i'd likely go that route unless the financial conditions in your market are just awful.

I'm glad you're a fan of the summit, but the networking and learning that happens daily on BP is comparable to what we did in Denver in 2012.That said, I hope we should have an announcement of some sort in the coming weeks.

Suggests either a vaccu stack ($500 but can't guarantee can solve the problem) be installed at chimney or an electrical powered exhaust fan mechanical draft system ($2200 - guarantees will solve the problem).My tenant (he's a contractor as well) thought since the furnace was replaced last year (& that's when the problems with the fireplace began), that the HVAC contractor needed to cut a small square in the drywall, near the floor, next to the furnace in order to do the install.

When I told the lady that I was going to do an A-B for 42k and B-C for 52k, she shouted THATS A FLIP, and they will not stamp my second deed for a higher price without any work being done....I wanted to throw my shoe at her, but it wouldn't make it past the protective glass....

If I were in your shoes, I'd verify the rental history of the boyfriend she was living with, and ask if the landlord knew she lived there for x amount of time, and I would want to call the previous boyfriend to verify the same story... if she didn't give it to me...
