Yeah - Sorry guys . . . we use a company to protect our site from outside attacks called CloudFlare and it appears that they were having some kind of problem a short bit ago.

It's kind of unusual to have 10 SFH on the same lot.

(I spent $4,000 in repairs on my rental last year for an unexpected repair....it just happens and you need extra $ for that kind of stuff!)

As for the VA, the big thing is they want to see 6 months reserves, also you can't use the rental income to get approved unless you can show some kind of history of being a landlord or property manager.

That makes me think that at least the advice I get by setting up an appointment with an attorney included in legalzoom's service would in fact be legal advice tailored to my own situation (and therefore come along with the same kind of liability and hopefully E&O that a regular real estate attorney would).

And as for reviving this forum, I wanted to keep updating with the progress I'm making so I don't get too discouraged - which I'm kind of getting now.
