Theyre refusing to let me back out and their customer service team is a joke.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

Yard maintenance is definitely necessary and a cleaning service is useful but once a week will add up significantly. 

It can also handle inbound customer service calls & converses like a person rather than a robot.
