Research the RE brokers in your farm that specialize in MF and go to school on them.

If you get a smoking hot deal you can wholesale it or partner with someone who either has money or has a good history with a money lender.Also, cut your expenses, save save save, and consider getting a second job.

If you purchase a property with an LLC, a new LLC with no history, how does the bank underwrite the risk?

Not kids at the moment, and we are  good savers with very little debt (School loans under $6k) and credit cards are pretty much paid off each month.

Well, it I found Brandon Turner and his podcast school on bigger podcast...

And they are all oil heat but the school district is not too bad better then Pottstown.

I am looking into becoming a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on schools/programs.

I get one low life after another with evictions, criminal histories, low income but thinks they can afford it (75% of income on rent), they are going to pay the landlord who evicted them from their first apartment three years ago back even though I have had all this time to do it and still haven't, he evicted them after their first month it wasn't their fault, I'm innocent, blah bla blah.
