There's a house up for sale but the owner currently has an outstanding mortgage loan.

There are a few MF for sale currently including a large complex for 6M.

I am planning to bid on a sheriff sale property (for personal use ) in the coming weeks. 

With my current income, I should be able to acquire 1 property per year for the time being.  

My main concern is that if later down the road I decide to sale the note would I have a hard time finding a buyer with the Allonges missing.

The title company I used to sell the first lot told me that now it's case by case, so I may or may not need to go through Tax Title Services for my next sale.

If you acquire leases that you MUST honor, then you may intend to occupy the property once the earliest lease is up.

But with 1031 how would I be able to use some of the proceeds from the sale for my first goal of buying myself a primary home.
