Most of the good ones have training programs. 

Very convenient location to trains and highways.They accepted a bid and went in contract prior to Covid being serious.

Turnkey and I’m bringing the money I’ll do 50/50If I’m guiding the project the most I’ll give up is 30%I train friends family and Zillow Addicts to spot properties If they spot one that makes sense I give them a small market research fee and allow them to JV as much as they want

All the while I’ve saved all my rental income and rigorously saved income from working so I’m still sitting on a nice chunk of capital to continue to push forward and buy more.

My best advice is to train yourself to spot opportunities in your market when you see them. 

@Meryl McElwain it strikes me as a regional malaise.............some people are unfortunately being trained to believe that actions do not have consequences.

Who offers the best training for new realtors?

Continued free training, commission structure, high level Realtors at the firm, support structure (if any), expectations of me, etc

Although Phoenix and Las have had booming population and job growth, the train left the station on those markets several years ago and price are now pretty high.
