I have only seen up to 20 years, but you can always renew as long as their continues to be equity and credit stays high.

Raymond, I actually own a 3 family in Woonsocket and I'm currently in the process of changing out some old knob and tube wiring that was missed 3 years ago and my current insurance provider will not renew unless I get rid of it.

The expiration date is coming up quickly and If I dont sell it they wont renew!
