Hey Everyone,With all the excitement around real estate tech lately, I'm curious – what tools or platforms have you found most beneficial in your work?

I wanted to make sure they're legit and see what financials and real estate owned details you provided.

The con of this though is that the monthly payment is much higher, thus reducing my cash flow significantly (if anything).Since I am somewhat new to real estate, I know there are more variables to consider like appreciation, or refinancing or HELOC down the road.

Also, as of 10 minutes ago, I was presented with a SF and 2 duplex on one lot, that has gross rent of about 36k for 120k,,, now THAT looks good, but will find out in about an hour,  You're a real estate consultant?

I'm an Accountant and have over ten years of commercial real estate experience working for a local Houston developer.

I’ve recently started exploring real estate investing as a path to financial freedom and am interested in the South Florida market.

Structure the wholesale deal by getting the property under contract, drafting a purchase contract, and assigning it to a real estate investor or buyer.

Our next step is to look for a real estate agent in the area, does anyone have any recommendations?

I feel like since real page bought them out it has gone downhill.
