Just to add on...if you do set up separate parking agreements (or actually,even if you do not), you should also have a form to register their vehicle information for your records, so you know whose vehicle they are (should be owned by a household member), and ensure they have current tags, safety check (if required), and we specify they must be operable.

I know some won't believe it but there are many lenders out there who understand that the safety in a true private loan comes from the integrity of the borrower and of the value of asset.
