Not looking to sign up for someone 'system' exclusively since we've already done one program.

But, I also purchased an education package from Robert Kiyosaki's training program.

I am still in, and managing a large scale maintenance program for the National Guard on a full time basis. 

My husband and I are preparing to attend a sale this month.

Most "programs" or "systems" aren't worth the money the only thing they bring to the table is freely available info and a bit of hype and encouragement. 

I'd like to be better prepared the next time I approach a bank or lender about financing. 

If you are prepared don't waste your effort worrying.  

Also try Lyons Credit Union, they are the only one that does Mobile Homes that I know of so they may have a program that low.Good Luck!

However, if you want to rent a house then call it what it is...Also, a tenant buyer with bad credit should be in a credit repair program...it only makes sense.If you only have 3 potential buyers it makes me curious how your marketing your houses?
