Car loans have been extended due to raising vehicle prices from 3 to now up to 8 year loans yet FHA and VA mortgages have been stuck on a 30 year term for 70 years.To track near term values, I strongly suggest paying attention to "absorption rates" in your area.

Regardless, it also looks like you truly know what your next step should be, if your more comfortable and happy working the w2 then that’s what you should do.With that being said, I’m a die hard believer in real estate as the investment vehicle to create financial freedom and generational wealth and think that whichever route you take you should look to invest in real estate on the side as much as possible.
