Beside my daily work I am studying to rock my RE license test next month and looking for a mortgage broker!

She owns her own real estate agency and was one of Keller Williams' top performers so I'm considering her to be the first member of my "rock star" team.I, too am interested in multi-family investing so she set me up with automatic e-mail alerts for properties that match my current criteria.

That being said, i am trying my best to read between the lines and apply what i can here.....apply might be a strong word at the moment for all i have done is really educate myself as much as i can daily, no real actionable steps have been taken on my part to be a more confident real estate investor.I currently have next to no money saved, but saving as much as i can 15% of my small wage at work, and it slowly builds, i have rocked at bringing my credit score up from a hurting 595 to a 742 within 6 months and now working on getting credit available to me.

But they are arguably the most popular investments in Hawaii, particularly vacation rentals.

It's financed via a HELOC (popular thing here in Hawaii), and I have a decent amount of equity in it, about $150,000, with $50,000 available to use. 

Turns out she's a rock star, she's a super neat freak.
