It was painted in their burnt red color and they cleaned up the property, added plants, etc.As for the numbers, I believe the seller took care of all of the repairs noted on the home inspection before it was sold.

If they break it, evict.And with ozone generators make sure everyone is out of the building humans/plants/pets if these units are somehow connected or share vents (you mentioned furnace filtering - so I don't know I'd these units are connected or not).

My house value (according to Zillow, etc.) has risen 5% since this announcement :) Intel did this in Washinton county Oregon when they spent 10 billion on fab plants 10 years or so ago right in the middle of the GFC that single handedly kept this part of Oregon from Cratering.. my Daughter has worked for intel for 16 years now and since pandemic no longer has to go to the office..
