I'd like to firstly say congratulations on all your hard work and success.I would only start a property management company if it's something you're passionate about, rather than for monetary purposes.I personally think you'll earn more money focusing on investing and flips, then you ever would on a measly 10% rental commission.Property management is mostly about dealing with tenant complaints, repairs, chasing tenants for rent and evictions.

Now is the time to take control of my education & learn something I'm passionate about.

My husband and I have spent the last several years building a booming commercial cleaning business and are ready to pursue our passion with real estate investing.  

I decided I wanted to focus strictly on the field I've always been passionate about, Finance.

I don't have any realtime  experience in real estate industry but I have a passion for wanting to  give people a unique and memorable experience. 

CJ Rogers, our broker, is pretty passionate about the property management side of the business and even if you don't elect to use StarPointe, I think it would be educational and informative.
