My wildest one was taken away by Federal agents and moved in to witness protection, I have no clue what happened all I know is the agents were there showed their badges and paperwork, and the tenant and their personal items were gone in about an hour. 

Got into the rental because the woman I was dating at the time was a Property Manager, so she knew all the rules/laws/paperwork.

The draw back to these loans is that they are more paperwork heavy than the other "portfolio" types of loans....but these have strong rules for taking cash out from a home quickly.

Thats a lot of paper work for the company so they may agree to allow it on the Condo unit owners policy if the time period is short. 

What's the best way to do the paperwork?

She submitted a RRP application and I submitted the required paperwork but I have not gotten anything from the RRP yet.

Always follow through on the paperwork but also attempt to find alternate solutions.

The program is basically the conventional version of the FHA 203k but with less paperwork and often a quicker close (depending on the lender). 

@Reggie Withers I would think a good real estate/probate attorney should be able to figure out the necessary paperwork.
