Hello ladies and gentleman, I have been following this message board for a few months and have read the ebook from biggerpockets, but wanted to hear some first hand opinions on what you believe would be the best route to generate a profit and continue to grow my portfolio.

What would your opinion be of the Pros and Cons of owning investment properties across different states?

@Jerel Ehlert I think your opinion is valid but from a lawyer's standpoint (obviously).

@Colby Fogg I can give you the complete unbiased opinion as I'm an agent who tends to stay clear of flips.

If there are question I am missing I'd love to get some more experienced landlords opinions.
