Hello, my name is Kyle Harrison I am originally from Baltimore, MD but I currently live in Beach Park, IL.I am a active duty service member “GO Navy”.As a Navy Seabee I have worked in construction the past 10 years and have done everything from building schools to drilling water wells, and installing solar panels.

Numerous real-estate events I have attended seem to have an upsell to them to the next course that cost an outrageous amount.

We plan on doing this a number of times to acquire numerous paying notes and funds.But my question is, should we run this through a business of some kind?

You want it to be active by 11/1, as it is very likely that Oakland will "roll back" rent increases that don't comply with the future RAP rules for anything prior to the date Prop 10 passes (Oakland will definitely add condos and SFRs to the list of rent controlled units if Prop 10 passes) 

I’ve been a very active agent here for 8 1/2 years.

I have called numerous banks about tons of houses and they had zero interest in speaking with me.

One misconception people have about this area is gang activities and violence.

@Anthony ThomasDo you want to be an active investor, finding and working out deals or a passive investor, having others use your money to acquire and work and the deals?

I've listened to numerous podcasts which has inspired me to add real estate investing to my resume.

It could also just be a listing that hasn't been updated yet, so isn't really active.
