To make matters worse, I am in college (military reasons), and have used all my savings to fund my degree.

So I could in theory see it reducing supply by some degree as well. 

I will be attending school to get my degree in marketing.

Ian - Looks like Ohio has an 120 hr pre-licence requirement, to be completed at an approved institution which meets State guidelines (accredited for 2 yr degree programs or above).

I would simultaneously work to get a college degree, say in finance, or account.  

I helped reno some hotel rooms a few years ago, and it was a hotel that'd been around since the 50s, so in like half the rooms the nicotine and tar were almost literally baked in; it was nauseating.

I saw this in San Jose when I was there several years ago, and to a lesser degree over the past few years in Wake county NC.

If they know what they want to do and it requires a degree, then they go.
