I hear what you are saying and it does make me nervous to think that you may be correct in your assessment.

I'm very curious and nervous to see how real world numbers and interactions are like in my own local area.  

I was nervous too because I did not know what type of attitude I was going to get when the seller pick up the phone.

My brother, an investor too, is trying to get me to wholesale some property but I, like you, am a little nervous because it's uncharted waters.
