I would def want to know that they are friendly to STR's before I make any moves.

I grew up just north of San Francisco and moved to Reno, NV to live and invest. 

I used to live in this duplex and I moved out to convert it to 100% rental and refinanced.

Get a new loan and move back in or walk away with nothing?

Do I come back to those agents after a while or do I just move on to agents who are going to hopefully be more likely to say yes?

I’ve been involved in previous investments as the Director of Sweat Equity but I’m finally going drop the training wheels after years and years of just talking about it doing it and making a move!
