Does anyone know a good property management software with weekly billing and late fees to tenants, that allows them to pay online?

Now that I don't plan on pulling lists, I wanted to see if anyone would recommend a different software out there?

Monitor the case daily and wait for the judge to rule on the motion by either denying,  granting or setting a hearing.

Will keep monitoring that situation following the initial cleanup.An update for the other folks on this thread:2021-02-01     purchased Summary Process Summons and Complaint (eviction) form at Housing Court ($5 cash). 

I haven’t signed up for a property management software, which would probably address this.

@Pat Dansdill - I'll 4th upvote @Mark Ainley, I haven't personally had him manage any properties, but I only hear good things and know he is a great guy.If you have a bit of time on your hands you could also manage with some of the cool property management software as well. 

Purchase or obtain a free multifamily underwriting software or spreadsheet such as Michael Blank's SDA.

If you have monitored the temperature and it is fine, I would tell her that. 

If you are going to do it yourself use a  a good software.   

We can only find them because we developed our own data mining software.
