Given the previous replies, here's my speculation on a possible strategy/business model for this.

My current thinking is to have 1 model of toilet throughout all of my rentals to keep things simple.

This is a proven business model, and there are about 15 other houses doing the same thing around the base I am looking at.

So regardless of where they are located, they could probably fit the demand quite nicely, albeit modern or classic.One of the big take aways from their model for our business is the need to systematize and find those small efficiencies that can add up to big savings.

There are some special models that cost a lot more. 

., DriveOn is supposed to be the luxury model of peer to peer car renting, but you may have already seen that if you're looking into Porsche and Corvette. 

It might temper just how upgraded you make the 3 units, but still it should be an improvement that can bring in more money than the existing units.Perhaps keep one as a model unit to show.

I'm looking to find the big key players in my market/community who are doing tons of flips and buy and holds to try and learn and model some of their systems and most importantly bring about value that could lead to deals or even possibly a partnership.
