How to find the big-key players in my market?

I'm looking to find the big key players in my market/community who are doing tons of flips and buy and holds to try and learn and model some of their systems and most importantly bring about value that could lead to deals or even possibly a partnership. I'm having trouble finding others in my area that have scaled or have enough time to work with me, any advice on where to look or how to properly go about that venture would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Justin Frye If there is a REIA in your vicinity, that may be a good place to network. If not, you could always start a BP Meetup yourself.
