I know turnkey can get a bad reputation but there are several reputable providers there and if you hold them long term they can be good investments.I’ve done the DIY method and so far turnkey is better for me in my opinion anyways.

So the short answer to your question is no you will not find a loan like that.Having said that, there is no reason you can't involve yourself in a deal like that if you bring something of value to the transaction.
