If I were to establish a REIT, does that fall under FINRA, SEC, or other regulation?

Yelp and other online review sites for local establishments might be able to help find good schools in your area.Seems like most real estate classes are mostly for prepping a student for the licensing exam, is there other schooling that would help, such as a BA?

I’m hoping this will change my life as so many others have had happen to them (knowing full well the amount of time, energy and sacrifice that goes into getting established also).Now that I’m done venting, I would like to hear from others who may have had similar stories.

Theoretically I feel like this should work but reality, I feel like, is not this simple:Have a number of different realtors (possibly wholesalers I've established relationships with) keep an eye out for potential deals  and let me know when they come up  Have a number of financial partners and lending institutions lined up ready to JV with when deal do come up.
