I often listen to bigger pockets and other investment platforms where investors are able to purchase single family homes for $100k, or $90k.

I was listening to Real Estate Rookie today where the investor did that.

I’ve listened to the podcast for about a year now and after six months of looking for a property and applying for a loan I earned the title of a first time home owner.

I’ve been listening to as many of the the bigger pockets podcasts that I can ( about 70 in my first week) and for as far as I have gotten, no one has gone in depth about their team.

Hello BP,I have listened and read many stories on BP of how people buy a property, fix it up, cash out and use the cash to buy the next - like a BRRR.

I wouldn’t bother with the refi on home #2 I’d just take some of these proceeds and pay off the pool loan  Stop listening to any radio show that says your loan balance has anything to do with your taxes, they should be removed from the air. 

After listening to a lot of the BP and other podcasts about short term rentals over the last year, I’ve noticed avoiding/shutting down parties seems to be a common pain point for hosts in metro areas.
