I read an article that a little over 1000 mortgages were originated in 2018- an abysmally small number.cons:I agree with the other poster who said it’s hard to find contractors and even landscapers who will do work in the city.Another challenge is that the city passed an ordinance requiring landlords to complete lead remediation.

I couldn’t find anything in Orlando that had returns that were comparable to those other markets.With that said the appreciation and bidding wars in those markets is insane right now, and I did start lightly looking into Orlando again.
