Fingers crossed!   

My parents had a duplex in Portland and the lady across the street was crushing it on Airbnb. 

The lady who answered the call named Nicole apologized and took my information to schedule a call for the following day at 4:30 PM.

After I win the property, I get my attorney to do a title search for $250 and keep my fingers crossed nothing shows up.

So not majority owner (two other partners who are putting up $3mm in equity), but I'm able to get my feet wet and continue to learn.I know they say it's not over until the lady sings, but if all goes as planned, we're set to close this Thursday.

And with any asset there is risk...But the fed has explicitly said they're willing to print until their fingers bleed to put money in peoples hands lol.

Oh yes, I'm entirely aware that I can't lay a finger on the property to do any improvements.

I am crossing my fingers tightly that they renew the weekly rentals.
