What are some key points to mention in letters/postcards to absentee owners?

Dan,It sounds like you have the motivation to get things going which is key.

Key word is 'Market' which means prices fluctuate.

We have to acknowledge that most of the people reading and posting on this board are pretty sophisticated investors who think about pros and cons of each investment.

It is good having you on board and I hope that you can share the wealth of knowledge that you must have with the rest of us.

I'm not an expert but I know some of the questions involved is how many units are vacant, how many are rented versus owner occupied, is it managed by the constructors or by a tenant board, status of HOA balances, etc.

I know the replacement board will have to be cut, but will that be one or two pieces--in half, or two large pieces and one narrow one?
