HI @Scott Swink Your "deal" is not a very good deal in terms of the numbers, and you certainly want to avoid "war zones"!

In the process, he also gave me all the information I needed about what the county required in terms of site plan documentation -- this was valuable to me and I would have happily paid for it (I pay for value); yet he didn't accept any payment.
