you can't have high returns without taking some risk on area no matter where your investing... if your looking for creampuff A and B turnkey perfection with 15% returns your looking for a unicorn.

Makes perfect sense, I like keeping things simple.  

Constant moisture, soap scum, etc is a perfect breeding ground.

I use Zelle where possible but not every bank/credit union works with Zelle so it is not perfect for every situation. 

Start with every multi in the last year in Audubon then continuously expand the search by one mile in Camden County (and ignore other municipalities that do not have similar marketability and appeal), and 3. don't get hung up on finding the perfect match.If you need more help with this, let me know!

There are always opportunities in every market, you just have to put in the time and effort and you can find that perfect investment that matches your goals.

@Jeff Kehl this makes perfect sense since the units still are worth something even if they are vacant.

The perfect person would be able to not only prepare the tax returns, but offer guidance and advice throughout the year.
