I recently masterminded with a vary high net worth individual.

Acquiring legal title to the replacement property under the individuals' names for loan purposes would likely be deemed to be a completely different taxpayer than the four member LLC and the 1031 Exchange would be disqualified. 

Just wondering what you would do in my position to find those high level individuals.

I tried calling the tax office of the county but the individual who answered the phone didn't seem to know and transferred me to a supervisor, for whom I left a VM but hadn't heard back yet.Thanks!

Basically we are wanting to help individuals get back on their feet who might be struggling from a variety of different things. 

I'm excited to start my REI journey, learn & share as much knowledge with like-minded individuals!
